This ORDER cannot be CANCELLED due to nature of the work done to custom digitize the image for you. You also accept and acknowledge that the failure to pay for the completed digitized file may be subject to litigation if necessary. • Test samples: It is advisable to test your digitized file on scrap materials for final results before stitching it on your final garment. Internetstitch.com will not be held responsible for any damage caused while stitching your design. • Licensed Designs: By submitting the artwork for digitizing, you acknowledge you have the permission to use the submitted artwork from any copyright or license owner. Internetstitch.com will not be liable for any misuse of copyrighted or license artwork or resulting embroidery designs. • Extended License: The purchaser of the digitizing service is granted an extended license to use the digitized design on unlimited time and unlimited amount of items for personal and commercial use.
