Internetstitch specializes in digitizing services for the purpose of embroidery. The party that submits the designs to internetstitch for digitizing is considered to grant internetstitch the permission to digitize the designs and permission has been warranted and obtained by the relevant designs or trademarks owners.

Internetstitch will not be liable for any claims or liablilties, whether expressed or implied by the use of the digitized program.

The Auto Letterings and Super Fonts in internetstitch are digitized by internetstitch and may not be copied,in whole or in part, without an official purchase from internetstitch.com, except to make a back up copy. However, this exception will not warrant you to make copies for others, whether sold or not. All purchases of the super fonts have to be made via the buy now internet mechanism of internetstitch.com.
